SEO & local search

SEO in Orange County, measured in enquiries rather than impressions

Search work only matters if it produces business. We fix what stops a site being crawled and understood, build the pages your buyers actually search for, and report against calls and forms instead of a graph that only goes up.

Technical audit

Indexation, crawl paths, duplicate content, redirects, canonical tags, structured data and Core Web Vitals. You get the list, what it costs you, and what we fixed.

Local search

Google Business Profile, categories, service areas, citations and reviews — the work that decides whether you appear in the map pack for the towns you actually serve.

Pages people search for

One page per service and per intent, written for the query rather than stuffed with it. Useful enough that a human reading it would call you.

Speed and Core Web Vitals

LCP, CLS and INP treated as engineering problems, not plugin settings. Faster pages convert better whether or not they rank better.

Tracking that is trustworthy

GA4 and Search Console configured properly, conversions defined, calls and form submissions tracked. Without this, SEO reporting is storytelling.

Monthly reporting

What changed, what it produced, and what is next — in plain English, tied to enquiries and cost per lead rather than vanity metrics.

What we fix first

Three problems come up again and again: pages search engines cannot reach or will not index, one page trying to rank for eight different things, and no reliable way to tell which enquiries came from search. Those get fixed before anyone writes new content, because content on a broken foundation is money spent twice.

How long SEO takes

Technical fixes land first. Competitive rankings take longer, and anyone promising otherwise is either guessing or selling something. We would rather tell you that at the start than explain it later.

Frequently asked questions

How long does SEO take to work?

Technical corrections tend to show first, and competitive commercial terms take considerably longer — longer still in crowded categories. We report monthly, so you can see what changed and what it produced before rankings move.

Do you guarantee first-page rankings?

No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. Nobody controls Google's index. What we do commit to is a fixed scope of work, monthly reporting against enquiries, and telling you plainly when a keyword is not worth chasing.

What is local SEO and do we need it?

Local SEO is the work that gets you into the map pack for searches near you. If you sell within a radius, it is usually the highest-return work available, because the map pack sits above the normal results.

Can you do SEO on a site you did not build?

Yes. We audit first and tell you plainly whether the site is worth fixing or whether a rebuild would cost less than working around it.

What happens if we stop?

The technical fixes and the content stay and keep working. Rankings decay slowly rather than disappearing, and competitors who keep publishing will eventually pass you. There is no lock-in either way.
